2006 chevy express 1500 5.3l cranks no start

2006 chevy express 1500 5.3l cranks no start
my van is having a no start but cranks condition.. i scanned it for codes there is no check engine light on and no codes
it is cranking but not starting i checked for spark it is getting spark, i checked for fuel it is getting some fuel, i dont see any vaccum leaks or anything that would restrict airflow? at this point i have changed, starter,alternator,crankshaft sensor,fuel pump i dont know what else to do so i am coming on here for help i also changed out the fuel pump relay next thing i will check are grounds.

well i tried that and no luck... i am not hearing the pump when i crank the engine... i am feeling the fuel pump relay when i crank the engine though.. so i know the fuel pump is not getting power somewhere.
