2017 6.0 motor cylinder 5 misfire

2017 6.0 motor cylinder 5 misfire
sudden p0205
fine last night when I turned it off and bad a few minutes after starting this morning
swapped coils from 5 to 7- no change
and swapped plug wires from 5 to 7 - no change
with the little light ignition tester plugged in it is blinking consistently, should I still pull the spark plug and check it?
they were changed at the dealer 60,000 miles ago
and if I buy an injector from rock auto does it have to be programmed or can I just put it in there?
