Default 2019 3500 ignition/starter not turning over.

Hello,

If anyone has any idea, would be much appreciated.

Our business has a 2019 3500 Savannah box truck. Gas, i believe its a 6.0L

Truck Working completely fine, turned off one night. Not working no crank the next morning.

Would not start or even click the Starter selenoid.

Took and checked the battery nothing wrong. Put a New battery for an Another truck in it that was bought in Feburary. That other truck works with the original Battery from this truck.

Checked all the fuses in big fuse box under the hood. checked all the fuses under the driver seat panel as well. Only one fuse there was blown. Replaced. All those fuses were checked on the multi meter as well.

Saw no blown fuses in the main box. Replaced and checked all the new ones that involve the ignition. Replaced the starter interuptor switch on the steering yoke. Installed a new starter.

No dice. Won’t show any power or even click the starter. I can hear the fuel pump relay and start relay. The Crank and Crack/start Relays both are new from the Chevy garage. Ive multi-metered all the fuses for the ignition. All work. Put a load on the starter crank and crank relays with a battery. Both activate.

I have no code on a odbs2 sensor from the computer.
No warning lights go on when the key is turned on. From the instrument panel. All that stuff works.

Im at a complete loss.

All i can think is the ignition key tumbler is messed up. No idea.

any honestly any help is appreciated. Thank you

Ps saw a video about some 2amp fuse in the driver seat panel that has to feed back to the wiring harness under the driver footwell. Who knows. So i guess pull the seat and panel and see if it’s powered and goes to ground.

Welcome from Florida. Seems like you checked most everything. There is a neutral safety switch that could be the problem. Does the truck have an alarm installed that could be keeping it from starting?

Along OldChevy’s train of thought cycle the trans through the gears then back into park and try again. If no start try changing to Neutral and try that way.
