Trying to figure out compatibility on these trans to put into my 1996 express 1500. I have a 4l60e m32 from a 2001 chevy van express 2500 or a 1998 4l60e m30 from a 1998 sonoma. Want to rebuild either one of these to put into my van. I'm going to get the rebuild kit from monstertransmission. Is this possible. I called salvage yard and there saying only a 96-97 gmc or chevy van will work. But I'm seeing opposite online. Please help
