Drop the whole overhead console to remove the CB. Get a look at the wires going to it and then try and find where they feed into the fuse panel. They may even have their own inline fuses. You may have to drop the front headliner to see where they tie in.

Alternately, if yiour dome light works, an LED strip light is like $12 on ebay and you can wire it to the dome light and just start it behind the front door and run it around the inside, it self sticks. I put one in mine, although it's not a conversion.
