I have a 2007 express van. Recently heard a small motor running then as if it popped. I now have a brake petal issue. It feels as if the abs is being engaged but only on slow slops. Any help???

 

That motor sound is probably your ABS engaging somehow.

 

My 03 van did the same thing. As you come to a slow stop the ABS would engage. With 30K miles the dealer hooked up ABS logging software and found a right wheel bearing sender was showing the wheel locking so they replace the wheel bearing/abs assembly under warranty. Then at 65K it was doing it again so I changed the left side and it hasn't happen again since. I tried pulling ABS codes and their were none. Try hitting them hard at about 20MPH on dry pavement and if it pulls to one side then I would start with the other side. Hope this helps.
