Default Clickin noise from my Chevy g20 van 1989. 305 TBI / From Sweden and with a video.

HELLO! I'am from Sweden so my spelling ain't so great. So my phone helps me out😅

I've a weird clicking noises when Cold at idle. When hot the clicking disappears. When hot you can hear the clicking noises at 1150-1250rpm.
I find it more like a click noise than tick noise. And it doesn't follow the rythm of the engine? I've tried to pull of the fan belt with no success, keeps havin this noise.
New oil etc.
Is this a lifter problem? Or what could it be?
Here's a video of the noise:

https://youtu.be/eXGeXzDiSo0 It's a low mileage, 125.0000km. don't know how much it is in miles🙈
I'll appreciate all help!

I'm hearing a chirp.

A lifter would with 'the rhythm' of the engine, right?
So you can rule that out.

Is it coming from front, sides, inside or back?

Belt squeaking a bit?

chirp? It's more like a click noise you might have to turn up the volume🙈. I've removed the belt and the noise is the same. I've used a stethoscope and yet and i cannot locate the noise. The noise is strongest from driver side in the cab. Nothing from the underneath of the car.🤔

Can a lifter get semi stuck of something and creat this king of noise?
