Fast solenoid clicking no start

Fast solenoid clicking no start
Good evening,
97 chevrolet express 2500 conversion van, 65k miles.
Van died 3 times in the last month. Started fine, restart, no Bueno!
Very big drain on battery.. Guaes going bonkers and then no battery, just solenoid click. Get jump started and it's fine.
Parts cannon fired.
First change fuel filter. No change. Starts fine.
I know I have a weak battery, so I go to the store, replace battery and no start, just fast solenoid clicking.
Replace starter... Again, just fast solenoid clicking.
I checked fuses. They are fine.
Pulled relay and contacts are clean.
I'm stumped.. Please help!
