Default Fuel trim

Hi guys, new here and did a search but didn’t find anything. I have a 14 express with the 4.3, and I’m getting an intermittent bank 2 fuel trim imbalance code. I’m thinking simple first, possibly pcv? Anyone else have this issue? 173k miles

since it's only one bank, I would suspect a manifold gasket leak, which is extremely common for the 4.3

What is the exact code?

P219b, hadn’t considered manifold gasket though I haven’t heard any leaks. Easy enough to check though, ty.

See if your scan tool provides fuel trims. That will help you narrow it down.
