Default Help with Electrical Gremlins

Hi - we need some help chasing down electrical gremlins. None of these work: power locks, blinkers, power windows, windshield wipers, hazards, radio (maybe more). Also battery voltage gauge on dash is not functioning.

Notification on dash showing "Battery Control Module needs service" - not sure if this is related.

Code reader shows only one code: "cam shaft position sensor". Replaced BCM and alternator. Good voltage from battery and alternator.

Any help, ideas, thoughts would be appreciated!!

Alternator is computer controlled... that module. Need to get a better scan tool and solve that before throwing more parts at it.

I have a 2004 Express 3500 that has some wierd voltages on the gauge. Happened a week or two after changing alternator. I had the 105 amp but replaced it with the 145 amp and belt. Everything I have read says that the 2004 145 amp has an internal regulator and is just a higher capacity of the 105. Do you know if that is true or do I need to go back to the 105? Thank you.

It's likely you have some other issue but just because an alternator is new doesn't mean it's good.

I'd start by looking at the grounds, battery cables, and cable from the alternator to wherever it goes and look for voltage drop.
