sounds like you're referring to the EVAP system. Check for leaks with a smoke machine. vent and purge valves are usually connected to the charcoal canister near the fuel tank.

Do you know where I got under there and couldn't really find anything are they all related to the evap system? I did check all the lines for vacuum and they looked good maybe some pics I know there is something on the engine that might need to be replaced as well. Thanks for the help

what you need is to diagnose the issue

So I understand I need to diagnose the issue but this doesn't help telling me where the parts that would need to be replaced are as different models different things I don't know what all sensors I need to check to replace them...... Was hoping someone else had these issues could help out. Thanks

so the first two links I posted explain how the system works
Did you look near the fuel tank like I suggested? The charcoal canister is hard to miss. From there you can follow the hoses and locate the valves.
Between the three videos you should be able to figure out how to diagnose the issue. The other link I gave you (obd-codes.com) also explains how to diagnose.

If you have any specific question then post them here and I'll do my best to help.
