Vehicle Info: 1993 Chevy G20, 5.7L, 170K miles

Drove 200+ miles this past weekend and went to drive to the store when I noticed a new noise coming from what sounds like the engine. Noise seems to increase in frequency while in neutral and potentially with speed, although hard to tell as road noise drowns it out. Wondering if this is something minor, major, or normal.

 

it sounds like something belt driven.
Briefly slip the belt off and see if the noise goes away.

 

Change the idler pullies, they're cheap and it probably could use them anyways.
