Default Power seat moves when braking or accelerating

I have a 2003 Express and the seat moves a little bit front and back when I brake or accelerate. I found the bolts that attach the seat back to the seat were loose and thought that was the problem but I was wrong. When I tightened them the seat and back still moved and I saw that there is a threaded rod and aluminum block that had a lot of movement. I'm not sure how much play there should be there to allow for the changing positions of the seat but I'm the only driver and hardly ever move the seat unless I'm driving a thousand miles at a time. Any suggestions?

I personally would start the the van let it idle and push and pull you body like you are accelerating and braking even get out and push and pull on the seat.

As a truck driver a seat that is not properly mounted and secure is not a happy day!!

I have seen where there is too much play in the track the rail slide in. Not at all sure how you would fix or adjust that. Just more cheap outsourced **** from GM we get to live with.

The seat switch is on the front and can't be contacted by the belt. The seat is moving because something is loose, not because the motor is running.
