Default Questions about my newly acquired 2014 Express LS 1500 Passenger

I live in California and just purchased this from Ohio. Has 39,600 miles. First Chevy I've owned since 1975 when I had a 1965 Impala 327 250hp.
Has anyone replaced the latch window rubber bushings ? It appears that the rollpin in the latch mechanism needs to be removed in order to gain
access to the screw. Problem is getting that roll pin to move without risking breaking the plastic handle. Anyone ever do this ? Also, the plastic cover
held in place ( see YouTube image) with the plastic pop rivets that covers the metal cross member that the radiator attaches to. Anyone know the
plastic pieces part number ? Wayne
