So I'm sure its something simple, but I have searched everywhere, and the manual doesn't say anything. So I now have a 2019 G2500 and it came with factory power locks. It has an unlock/lock switch on the back barn doors. However it does nothing.... that I can tell. I have tried most combo's but it never does anything. Doors shut, open... nothing. I would think it was something wrong with my Van, but my coworker has the same van and his is exactly the same....

Anyway, if anyone has any info, TIA
