Angry 2001 Turn Signal and Hazard issue

Turn signals and hazard lights stopped working completely; No clicking, no dash lights, nothing. I checked fuses and bulbs, but all look fine. Replaced the flasher unit, but that didn't help either. My understanding is that the "-" terminal is ground, the "+" terminal is power, the "L" terminal is lights or load, and the "S" terminal is sense. I checked the flasher voltage and I have no power to the flasher. I can't find any resources that tell me where the power is supposed to come from. I assume that the Hazard fuse protects the hazard circuit and that the turn fuse protects the turn signal circuit, but I don't know where the flasher gets its power from. I am planning to run a jumper wire directly to the "+" terminal to see what that does. Any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps the switch is bad.

You can change it with the steering wheel on, but one bolt is difficult to reach. Once you get the cover off the column it's just three bolts and a couple plugs, the hard bolt I got onto using a socket with an adapter so I could turn it with a wrench.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have been trying to avoid buying a new switch, but I may have to.
