Default Solenoid B

I'm having issues with my 1997 Chevy Express van. It shifts fine until I hit 3rd gear, and then it stays in third gear at every speed. I get a Solenoid B error on the ECU. If I clear the error code from the ECU, it will then go into the correct gear for 30 seconds or so, then revert back to 3rd when the error appears again. I've changed both A and B solenoids, the kick down solenoid, and the ignition switch which was what a transmission shop told me to change. I also replaced the trans harness. Still no luck. Does anyone have any ideas what could be the issue?

Here's the error code:

P0758: Shift Solenoid "B" Electrical

I'm also getting lean bank errors after driving for quite a while (replaced 02 sensors). Not sure if that helps any or even makes a difference for the Solenoid errors. I used JET to reprogram back to original ECU program. Anyone have any ideas?

The tech data is out of my depth, but if you are getting lean bank after new o2 sensors, then maybe there are other sensor failures. Have you checked for other codes?
Have you had it scanned by a larger machine as in not a store bought handheld one?

Express Hi Top van
I would probably buy that one if you weren't a thousand miles away.

Some one is supposed to pick it up Saturday, if it falls through I could meet you half way.
