Default Step well removal

Step well, right name? want to remove step well to run some backup camera wire and can find nothing online. I do not see any fasteners and do not want to start prying one it, best way to remove??

it snaps in. To remove you have to tug firmly, starting at one end.
But , I would suggest not removing it completely, and just prying up on the outer lip just enough. There is space to fit wires under the flange. Use wire loom.
If you try to remove it completely, and your van is more than 8 years old, you risk breaking stuff.
