Default Still need help Chevy express 2500 2000

Have a express van that started slowly bogging down over time to the point after you try to pull out the drive way it almost doesn't budge. Had a code for the mad sensor replaced it like 3 times and then got a code po1o2. I have replaced fuel filter, fuel pump, spark plugs, clean the throttle body (didn't look to dirty) tried to test the catalytic converter by removing o2 sensor and loosening the mount where it connects to the engine (actually ran worse when I did that) I have tried everything and it still is driving bad. I'm not sure if it's the transmission since it does this in all gears. I'm lost.

It wasn't clear from your question.

Read the section titled:
"What are some potential causes?"

Follow the steps under the section:
"What can I do to diagnose and repair a P0102 engine code?"

I have tried that several times. Someone told me it may a short somewhere... possible since this is an old at&t van which are can wonkey sometimes do to the extra wiring.

I don't know anymore... I was told it was the CAT, (did the test where you remove one of the o2 sensors didn't change anything and had another mechanic look he said he thinks the cat is good) again I don't feel like the tranny is the issue. Cranks good idles fine, takes off fine. But once you stepped in the gas it starts bogging down.
