I had a radiator blow and it mixed trans fluid and cooling fluid together. I have replaced the trans, the water pump and the radiator. Still finding some trans fluid in coolant after flushing about 5 times.
Has anyone had this happen? What was your experience? I’m now worried about the engine- whether the gaskets are now all ruined. Thanks for any advice.

 

 

its very hard to get it all out without a teardown. Water will wreck the clutch pack frictions discs. pan drop fill and flush is all you can do. If it starts slipping or hard shifting...its a rebuild.
