Van running bad code po102
Yes I can read. You said
Bucking is a sign of misfire.
Bogging and lack of power often shares the same causes as misfire.
But since you're so smart I guess you don't need my help. Good luck.
now it's just running totally bad ... bucking going to second gear.

I need help just not help from someone who can't take the time to read the OP. I literally had to tell things to you that would have known had you just read the post in it's in entirety.
You telling me to clean the maf sensor, when I told you I already replaced it with a new one, tells me you didn't read the post. Your telling me how to fix the misfiring, when I told you I already fixed the code( Po 300 random cylinder misfiring) for the misfiring and the only code its throwing is po102 but you would know that had you read the post, so if it's misfiring it's obviously related to that code. Which is the maf sensor so obviously the problems is in between there somewhere.
You haven't told me one piece of information that I didn't already know.
I was hoping for answers with a little more information behind them anyway....So by all means leave especially if your that easily offended, I mean all I asked was if you read the post. Don't see how that makes me come off "smart" and as if I "don't need your help"??

That ground is fine. It doesn't matter if it's dirty on the outside.
Spark plugs are the last thing I'd change trying to solve a misfire unless they look terrible. You have wires, a cap, a rotor button and a coil all in there to check. The distributors on these things have a plastic base, sometimes the cap mount holes crack and let it get loose or get moisture inside which can cause misfire.

Cleaned the ground and changed The pcv valve van doesnt appear to show any codes now.
But....van still running bad, will not hardly move after about a minute of driving.
Im leaning towards The fuel pump at this point. But will inspect the distributor. Although not comfortable messing with it seems i know they have to calibrated right?
you might be facing multiple issues. Basic misfire troubleshooting applies:
- check fuel pressure
- inspect and adjust distributor. They're known for arcing. Could be out of timing too (check retard with scan tool)
- check for spark on each plug
- make sure cat con isn't plugged up

What if you got hold of a fuel pressure tester or capable scan tool and verified what you suspect ?
If you find your suspicions were correct ,then proceed with your theory and make the "Investment".
If not correct, you just saved yourself some time , work and $$$. What do you think?
