Whatever number I throw out would be next to worthless, here's why,
Different stores charge different prices depending on location, availability etc.
Auto supply stores like NAPA, Autozone, Advance most likely sell the tester and some maybe even will rent them.
Check what they charge and then decide if you want to make the investment. Depending on how much work you do will determine if it is worth helping yourself or paying a shop to do this.

Harbor Freight sells a couple of tester kits, one of them is like $20. Reviews say you have about 50-50 odds if it will work or not. Or you can rent one from an Autozone, where you basically buy it, then return it, so it's technically free but you put up the money for it while you use it.

Probably could have answered that yourself with an internet search for "fuel pressure tester kit" though.

Dropping the tank to change the pump is a real pain in the behind, so if that's the problem, good luck.

Well yes after 2 or 3 days I did decide to ask google seeing at this forum isn't very active. Thank you though for atleast giving me a rough ball park estimate on what they will cost, that really all I wanted to know about them price wise. Other guy mentioned the pressure but didn't have a clue on what they cost?

With those codes I sounds more like you have a vacuum leak. Look up how to make smoke and inject it into the intake while looking for leaks. There is also waving propane around from an unlit torch looking for higher idle but not exactly fire safe. Sometimes just spraying carb spray around will find it.

I saw something where you could blow smoke using a cigar or cigarette or whatever smoking method you choose to find the leak. May try that because at this point I'm stumped.

Well got done looking for vacuum leak and couldn't find anything found a line that look slightly Brittle but no leak...my gut is Telling me it the fuel pump or fuel filter. It just seems like it's not getting enough fuel. Either that or my transmission is shot.

So I changed the fuel filter and the van seems to be a bit more responsive and less sluggish but still not quite where it should be..the van is not throwing any codes either, so does that mean this is a fuel issues...I'm thinking the pump because like I said it appears to be running better with a new fuel filter installed

Has to be the fuel pump or fuel related, van is actually going faster then 30 miles an hour and doesn't feel dragged as much, it's running way better but still feel and hear a slight bog has to be a fuel pump that's gone faulty.

Well... Then check the fuel pressure. If it's bad and you want to change it out I'd contemplate cutting a hole in the floor rather than dropping the tank. Just do a clean job so you can use the cut out piece as the access panel. I've never had good luck with anything other than a factory pump.
