What is this?

Does anybody know what this port is? It's on the ceiling, directly above the driver's seat. (There isn't one above the passenger)

Yep seems to be the Onstar or bluetooth microphone ?

Yes it's used for Onstar, hands free calling (if equipped), etc. Bluetooth not required and I don't think was even available in 2013.
