I have a 1999 chevy 3500 cutaway box van with the express cab. it has a blown 5.7 in it. This van is pristine and I need it for my job. Now, I have a 1994 suburban with a 5.7 in it that's low mile and in excellent running condition. I have a guy who says he will pull the suburban engine and snap it into the box van and mate it with express's tranny. Will this work? Without a lot of retrofitting? Will the engine mounts match?? Will it just slide in there all pretty, or...Please help I'm 75% clueless in this matter.
