`64 Bel Air gas tank drain plug??

`64 Bel Air gas tank drain plug??
Hi all! Have to remove gas tank & can't find drain plug, also where is the connection for fuel line? I think I found gauge wire on top of tank. Any tricks on getting it out? Also where can I purchase one? Thanks

I don't think cars have had fuel drain plugs on them for a very long time, before my time for sure.
