I just bought an 04 Chevrolet Malibu Classic with 148k and the car cranks but doesn't run.
Its making 180 psi compression across all the cylinders.
Can hear the fuel pump turn on, run and makes 55 psi at the fuel rail with key on.
Checked and replaced the spark plugs.
Checked and replaced the battery.
Its getting spark from the coil.
There's no check engine light or stored codes
The "theft system" light was on and replaced the lock cylinder and then it was flashing with the new part let it sit with key on for 10 minutes. The light went out but still didn't start.

Can anyone please help?

 

the 10min relearn works only with a scan tool. to do this without a scan tool the 10min procedure must be repeated for a total of 30mins
