It's duel climate controlled for starters. But for some reason it's blowing hot air even when the a/c is off and the temp settings are at cold. Idk where I have the vacuum style or the track. My a/c lines look good, compressor is engaging and my condenser is getting cold. Does anyone have any ideas?

 

Blend door actuator is bad or the blend door is stuck.
