Default 1993 cavaliar front end clunk

It doesn't matter if I turn left or right, when I do I hear a clunk sound. I just had alot of work done on this car lower ball joint was replacedthey said my struts need replaced but I didn't have those done yet people are telling me that that noise wouldn't be the struts. Any suggestions Please.
Thanks for your time.

Thanks Shawn for your input...I had a pin replaced in the stabilizer bar last November... wondering if maybe it went bad but now I am feeling that maybe it is the tie rod, when it clunks as i turn i can feel it in the front almost by the tire, in that area..I am taking it in tomorrow to have it looked at..i will post the outcome after it is checked tomorrow.I just hope it holds up till It is checked out.
