1994 Sprotvan wont start HELP!!

1994 Sprotvan wont start HELP!!
No spark, no fuel, injectors not pulsing .. I have jumped the relay for fuel pump and it runs good ... also have checked all fuses in the cab under the dash ... I am stuck but am thinking that the computer went bad?
