I just bought a 1999 z24, and realized that the high beams are extremely dim compared to the low beams which are very bright. I changed the bulbs but no difference. Any ideas?

 

Does the hi beam indicator on you dash, agree with the light selection ?
Dirty lamp Contacts.
Dirty Grounds.
Improper selection of Lamps.
Crappy/worn out Relay.

Looks like the daytime running lights are stuck on... When i try to go to high beams the blue high beam light doesnt not show up.. Just the daytime running light symbol shows up... And i did turn on the lights

Any more ideas?
