hello,
i have a 01 s10 zr2, i have been haveing trouble with the wireing harness behind the block and above the bellhousing sumwhere, it seams the only way to fix it would to be pull the engine and look for brokin or arching wires. i have allmost 300xxxkms on the engine and thought if i have to pull it i might as well drop a v8 into it.
i need info on which engine i should go with, i dont have crazy money to spend on this swap so i need the cheapest and easiest enigine to swap , which ever will be cheapest for labour .
i allso need a list of stuff i will need to drop a v8 into my s10.

if you could please help me with any of this it would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure on the wiring harness but on my vehicle I needed a New prom chip, knock sensor, ESC module, and new injectors for the conversion.
