The truck has been taken to the dealer ship and scanned and nothing shows up,they want to tear down the engine to take a look at it,it does have 130000 mi.s on the Odometer, coil packs have been changed ,as well as the spark plugs, this truck was purchased at a Auto Auction as is, so the history is unknown

 

have you tried and engine treatments? what about seafoaming it??? what happenes???

What RPM does it idle?

 

Does that truck have a throttle body? If so, it could need a good cleaning or maybe be a problem with the Mass Airflow Sensor.
