350 Vortec Crate Engine

I'm installing a 350 Vortec Crate Engine with a carburetor in my hot rod, what distributor can I use that does not need a computer? A HEI with a coil built in the cap would be hard to get in because of it's size & firewall. If I use a points distributor with vacuum advance & pertronix conversion kit do I need a different distributor gear because the engine has a roller cam?
