90 Suburban 350 no start flooding?
Please help with this (probably simiple) problem. The other day my wife's 90 burb would not start. It tries to catch but just wouldn't start. That afternoon when I got home it started fine although she said it would hesitate when accellerating. The next day same thing and hasn't started since. I checked the spark is good and it seemed to be getting a lot of fuel from the top injectors. I think it is flooding. When I try to start it after sitting it almost catches and the exhaust smells like gas. Please help.

try unpluging the injectors and starting it. or if u turn the key to start then hold the gas to the floor it shuts off the injectors and u can roll the motor over and burn some of the extra gas and see if it will start that way. when my truck was doing that it was the HEI that needed to be replaced
