Default 95 Camaro PLAGUING!! HOW DO I TEST THE COIL PACK??

Hi,
I have a 95 Camaro-I just bought it. It ran fine when I test drove it, but now it's starting to plague when I drive it. It gets worse going uphill. It won't go over 30MPH and it bucks. Could it be the coil pack? I had a similar problem with my Ford pickup and that's what it was.
And is there a way to test the coil pack to see if one is bad?

Sorry....the engine is a 3.4 liter AT. Also, the check engine light does not come on at all.

Before you jump to a coil, have you looked at the plugs and wires?

Gary1,
The posting on a Camaro coil pack is on the top of the search for Google for people like myself who have similar problems and want a solution for a Camaro motor hesitation/mis. due to possible coil packs. I am a recent subscriber and felt motivated to do so over your reply on this signature thing. I had read no such terms or saw any related info about signature or it being a requirement or the proper way to address a question to the ones who may address our questions on problems being posted. I have however saw a forum that treated a inquirer less than polite and rude and surprised me just how far of base your response was and headstrong you are about this signature that you overlooked the important thing and that is him & me & others like myself that have question! Anyone that ever has a problem with a Camaro coil packs or stumbles accross Google search for this problem- Only to see how Gary1 answered this problem. This banter about a signature and your strong arm in the matter instead of a professional response of some sort you would expect from a respected site.
General questions and responses are OK! Such as... Coil packs when bad or going bad have a history of doing...this, or fowled plug is unlikely unless...., or wires could be the problem........ or if the fairly new- new wires rarely go bad check for........ and so on and then ask for more info if the signature is short on info...
Instead of..I'm going to have to cancel this thread because.......Gary1. Is the heading of this site Gary1 or Chevrolet Forum?
