97 1500 transmission shift problem

Default 97 1500 transmission shift problem
97 1500 that wont shift automatically, it will shift manually. the speedometer/tach is not working. took speed/tach box from subburban and put in and the truck ran perfect for 1 day and suddenly went back to not shifting automatically and speed /tach not working. truck starts out in high gear/drive, i can manually shift from low on up. any suggestions
