I have a 1998 malibu with a 3.1 engine. I had the issue a few days ago it didn't want to start, you turn the key on and it doesn't even crank. I checked the fuel end of things and no issues and I even replaced the starter but nothing changed. I heard about the malibu issue with the passive anti theft system and tried to reset the system like others had done when I researched on google. I still can't get it started please help
