ac electrical help

ac electrical help
ok guys got a 88 s10 blazer and i need some ac for the hot az summer so help out plz.
make it as simple as i can and detailed.
i got my ful ac system all hooked up still got pressure in the system all charged. compressor is good i checked it. new relays and ac panel. but still compressor wont enguage. i get power to all fuses none are blown.
the only power i get to the relay is the pink and black wire thats it. but if i jump the pink wire to the green with black stripe wire clutch enguages. and also there is another green with black stripe wire that has power also on the same relay
need some help with this since i hear its a common problem. i heard jump a wire? if so where at?
