Default Need Electrical Help with an '03 Tahoe

The keyless entry system stopped working. I have also dicovered the the window, door lock and seat heater switches on the passenger side front door are dead. When you use the driver's side lock button it will not lock the front passenger door (all other doors lock). I will check the fuses tonight.

Anyone have an idea?

Thanks in advance!

Bob,
Don’t waste your time checking the fuses.

This is a known problem and is a fairly easy fix although the dealer will have to complete the repair which consists of simply reprogramming the Passenger Door Module.

Have the dealer reference GM Document #1270477 for complete instructions for this exact problem, if not covered under a GMPP warranty then the labor cost should be .5 to 1 hour max. ($30 - $100) at most dealers, you may be able to talk your way into a freebie if you’re a good customer.
