Does anyone know any trick to turn off the airbag light on a 1998 chevy malibu?It came on when i put in a new stereo.

try your obd 11 scanner and turn off the light. If this does not work you probably knocked a wire loose. most cars have a sensor under the passenger seat. I would check it first.
