i turned my car off and went to turn it back on. all the started did was click and the motor wouldnt turn over, i changed the starter and the battery just to be safe and still the same problem. i removed my serpintine belt to make sure nothing was siezed and it all seemed good except for the crank which wont move in any possibly was, tried turning the ringgear/flywheel and it is siezed solid. motor was running fine before and oil levels are all good, wasnt hot or anything. please help?

 

Try removing the plugs and turning the crank.
