I hope I posted this in the right area
Can someone answer me this ?

Does a 1991 Chevy Sport, short box pick up c/w 5.7L and 5 speed tranny roll on the same chassis as a 1996 cheyenne, short box pick up c/w 4.3L and 5 speed tranny ??

I really want to swap chassis because the Sport is from Alberta and is in rough shape. I realize the motor mounts are different but other then that things seem to measure up quite nicely

They are almost exactly the same.
Changed the motor mounts
removed some brackets and presto, new chassis
