Question Curious Announcement While Drive

I have a 2020 Tahoe, RTS Edition, that is about 6 months old. It's been recently serviced (oil change, tire rotation, etc). It seems like ever since then, I will be driving along when, out of the blue, I hear a verbal warning that says, "caution, restriction caused by security measures." I've had it happen in a curve and it's happened while driving straight down the road. Oddly, the only time I hear it is in the same curve (an on-ramp at a cloverleaf interchange) and on the same section of straight road.

No warning lights come on. No change in the vehicle's performance. This is not seem to be a lane assist or forward assist issue. My speed is generally less than 30mph on the curve and around 35-40 on the straight section. I typically have my iPhone bluetoothed or plugged in for CarPlay so I suppose it's possible the phone is generating the warning

Does anybody out there have a clue as to what could be generating this odd, mysterious verbal warning?

Maybe. I have the free service they give you when you buy the vehicle.
