Default Did I mess up? Crush sleeve over torqued.

2015 Silverado 1500 LTZ 4WD. 9.5 RG w/ 3.42. I had to replace rear end. Stock one literally locked up and skidded to a stop. Still don’t know why. Anyways, I ordered used one from TX. It was inspected and shipped with 6mo. warranty. I paid mechanic to swap the rear ends. He went to put drive shaft on and one of the ujoint bolts was broke off. No big deal right? I ordered a new yoke, and new nut. I was told not to use old nut. I watched a bunch of videos where they mark the nut and reuse it?? I marked the old yoke and marked new one too. I had a hard time finding out how many ft lbs to torque a new nut to. I read between 110 and 150 on a gm forum. I torqued mine to 120.I took it for a test drive and it started squealing about 3 miles down the road. I immediately turned around and parked it. I nervously searched more videos on YouTube and found one where he only torqued to 40 ft lbs. I believe now I misread a post, and the 110-150 was for a new crush sleeve. I did not replace my crush sleeve. I’m thinking now I probably have too. But did I damage my bearings on that test drive? Do I need to pull entire rear end to replace with new sleeve? What are torque specs for new crush sleeve? I don’t want to pull entire rear end out if possible. Any advice appreciated. Feel free to call me a dumbass too….
