Can anyone help? Having electrical problems with my 1996 chevy pickup, I have 230000 miles on it. Brake light indicator light on the dash along with the abs light comes on when heater switch is turned on. The heater will work for a little then it starts to go on and off then the indicators light will come on and flash alternating between the both,also my brake lights will come on and stay on. Changed the brake light switch and the heater control switch. Any suggestions?

 

Have you checked your grounds and battery terminals?
When was the battery last replaced?
