Default Engine knocking

Help please.. so we got a 1978 chevy c10 w/4.1L -250 ci developed a knock, so i replaced the rod bearings and main bearings, also inspected the lifters it’s still got a slight knock, could it be bad cam bearings cause i can take the fan and wiggle it up and down, not alot but it shouldn’t move right? Any help appreciated

You can take the fan, as in radiator fan, and move it up and down? That would be a water pump issue.

i meant to say was i lost spark, not timing... lol, figured it out it was the module in the distributor
