I have a 94 Chevy 350 TBI I want to put the motor and transmission into a 95 GMC that has TBI will it plug and play or will there need to be modifications????

 

It depends on if the 95 was the same size engine. If it was, odds are it uses the same ECM (engine control module) and wiring harness. If not, you will want the ECM and wiring harness from the vehicle you are pulling the engine and transmission out of.

 

Well both motors are 5.7 TBI my concern is the year difference and I’m not sure if the Transmissions are diff and if they are what would need to be done,

 

Both transmissions are likely the 4L60E. My 1996 and 2006 both have that transmission.

Look in both gloveboxes at the RPO code sticker. The RPO code for the 4L60E is M30. If the Mxx codes are different, then they have different transmissions.
