Howdy; I have a 1989 C1500 Silverado. Acts like the blower motor has worn brushes in it, as sometimes it won't start until it's kicked. Anyone know any tricks on getting it out? The motor is under the dash on the passenger side, and I can almost get it out, but the motor mount flange catches on the underside edge of the dash.
