Also check the engine grounds, if they are bad it won't crank

I'm not sure how some of these apply when it starts the first time everytime? Please explain reasoning why it would have trouble starting after warm up?

Did you just hijack my thread, now I don't know if these responses are for my question or yours? Start a new thread man, don't jump in the middle of someone else and ask a question!

it doesn't make sense because its total hogwash.

check for fuel pressure leakdown...the most common cause for a hard start after a hot soak.

No, light is not on. I double checked the ground and still nothing. Like I said, I have power and charged battery, but no click and gauges still won't turn over when I turn key

put a fuel pressure guage on the fuel rail. cycle the key to on to prime the fuel system. repeat 3x.
record the fuel pressure. leave the guage and monitor the pressure. if its holding pressure for 10min its ok.

Just want to reach out to you and say thanks for the help on my suburban, I put the starter in good, turned out to be the ignition switch and previous owner faulty wiring under the dash!
Again thank you for the advice.
