How to fold the middle seat down?

How to fold the middle seat down?
I have a 2002 Silverado K1500 and when I bought the truck the small middle seat was folded down and it isnt a console seat just a seat but I can't find a leaver to fold it up and down. Does anyone know where it is? Thanks
